1. There are two folder/file E16 and dbase5
2. unzip E-16 and Dbase 5 and Save both in C or D root directory(both at same place)
3. Install the dbase 5 in C or D root directory and follow the process given in E16 > read me
4. Do the 5-6 steps and your form 16A are ready ,enjoy
